Section 37(2) in The Bihar Juvenile Justice (Care and Protection of Children) Rules, 2003
(2)Any association or body of individuals, whether incorporated or not established for or having for its object the reception or protection of juveniles or children, or the prevention of cruelty to juvenile; and which under takes to bring or to give facilities for bringing up any juvenile entrusted to its care in conformity with the religion of his birth, may be included within the meaning of fit institution.
