This appeal is directed against the impugned order dated 12.7.2006 passed by the Commissioner (Appeals), Indore.
2. The jurisdictional Commissioner of Central Excise has filed the Misc. application for withdrawal of appeal in terms of the instructions dated 17.12.2015 issued from File F. No. 390/Misc./163/2010-JC dated 1.1.2016 by the CBEC.
3 The Misc. application filed by the Revenue is considered and accordingly the appeal is dismissed as withdrawn. Misc. application is disposed of.
