Section 35(2) in The Maharashtra Medical Practitioners Act, 1961
(2)Any person who contravenes the provisions of sub-section (1), and if the person so contravening is an association, every member of such association who, knowingly or wilfully authorizes or permits the contravention shall, on conviction, be punished(i)for a first offence, with fine which may extend to one thousand rupees;(ii)for a subsequent offence, with imprisonment for a term which may extend to six months, or with fine which may extend to two thousand rupees, or with both.
