Section 112(4) in The Punjab State Election Commission Act, 1994
(4)Any person who contravenes any of the provisions of sub-section (1) or sub-section (2), shall be punishable with imprisonment for a term which may extend to six months or with fine which may extend to two thousand rupees, or with both.
