Section 6(2) in The Orissa State Aid to Industries Act, 1978
(2)The State Government may require any Industry in receipt of State-aid to locate its Head Office within the State of Orissa.Explanation - "Head Office" means the place from which the affairs of the company, business or industry are actually controlled and includes the registered office of a company registered under the Companies Act, 1956 (1 of 1956).
