Section 10(1) in Orissa Electricity Regulatory Commission (Grievances Redressal Forum and Ombudsman) Regulations, 2004
(1)Where the representation is not settled by agreement within a period of 30 days from the date of receipt of representation or such extended periods as the Ombudsman may deem fit, duly considering the overall time limit specified in Clause 7(4) above, the Ombudsman may determine the place, the date and the time of the hearing of the matter, as the Ombudsman considers appropriate.
