Section 19(2) in The Bihar Juvenile Justice (Care and Protection of Children) Rules, 2003
(2)Each case shall be placed before the Classification Committee for proper measures and with regard to cases in which the juvenile or child is kept for the maximum period, action may be initiated six months before they attain the age of eighteen years.
