Section 33(2) in The Meghalaya Co-operative Societies Act
(2)The Registrar himself or any person authorised by him in this behalf in writing may, by special order, call a special meeting of the General Assembly at any time and shall call such a meeting upon the failure of the society to call a meeting on the requisition by the members or at the instance of the Registrar under sub-section (1).
