Section 25 in The Gujarat Diseases of Animals (Control) Act, 1963
25. Powers of entry and inspection.
- Subject to the rules an Inspector may enter upon and inspect any land, building or other place or any vessel or vehicle for the purpose of exercising the powers and performing the duties conferred or imposed on him by or under this Act.
