Section 13(1) in Tamil Nadu Industrial Township Area Development Authority Act, 1997
(1)The Government may, by notification, direct that any of the provision of the respective local body Act or any rule made thereunder or of any other enactment for the time being in force in the Industrial Township Area shall apply to that area to such extent and subject to such modifications, additions and restrictions as may be specified in the notification.
