Considering the fact that the judgment and order passed by this Court, of which the non-compliance is alleged passed only in the month of October, 2022, the present Contempt Petition is not entertained at this stage. We hope and trust that the State Government shall comply with judgment and order dated 18.10.2022 passed by this Court in Civil Appeal No. 7632/2022 at the earliest. If the judgment and order passed by this Court is not complied with within a reasonable time, it will be open for the applicant to move to this Court by way of fresh contempt petition.
With this, the Contempt Petition stands disposed of/closed.
Let the present order be served on the appropriate authority within a period of two weeks from today.
