The inspection of an original Will shall be allowed only on the written order of the Judge or of the District Delegate previously obtained, and shall take place in the presence of the Head Clerk, or other officer who may have charge of the same, and that officer shall be responsible for the Will not being taken out of his sight during such inspection, and also that no erasures or alterations are made in it.Note. - The same procedure should be followed in respect of inspection of a copy of a Will in the Register.
