Section 74(i) in Punjab Cinemas (Regulation) Rules, 1952
(i)Touring cinematographs used for giving public exhibitions shall be brought for the purposes of annual inspection by the Electric Inspector to a town where a licence under the Indian Electricity Act, 1910, has been granted.
