1. Short title and commencement.
(1)This Act may be called The Madhya Pradesh Bhoj [(Open) University] [Substituted by Madhya Pradesh Act No. 40 of 1997, Section 2, for 'Madhya Pradesh Bhoj Vishwavidyalaya' (w.e.f. 21-10-1998).] Adhiniyam, 1991.(2)It extends to the whole of Madhya Pradesh.(3)It shall come into force on such date as the State Government may by notification, appoint.
