Delay in filing deficit court fee is condoned. Ld. Counsel for the respondent in C.A. no. 10242/2013 has filed the statement of case, but ld. Counsel for the appellant has not filed the same. In C.A. No. 10243/2013, Ld. Counsel for the parties have not filed the statement of case. As per the amended Supreme Court Rules, 2013, filing of statement of case is not required. Therefore, the matter shall be processed for listing before the Hon'ble Court under the Rules.
