Section 21(1) in Dr. Vishwanath Karad MIT World Peace University Act, 2016
(1)The Governing Body of the University shall consist of the following members, namely :-(i)the President ;(ii)the Vice-Chancellor ;(iii)five persons, nominated by the sponsoring body out of whom two shall be eminent educationists ;(iv)one expert of management or information technology from outside the University, nominated by the President ;(v)two persons, nominated by the State Government ;(vi)two representatives of the industries to be nominated by the President ;(vii)the Registrar of the University shall be the permanent invitee to the Governing Body, but shall not have right to vote.
