Section 208(2) in Siliguri Municipal Corporation Act, 1990
(2)The Mayor-in-Council shall determine by regulation a scale of fee to be paid for issue of licence in respect of premises used for non-residential purposes under sub-section (1):Provided that no such fees shall exceed five hundred rupees per month in respect of any premises.
