48.
The Court may either summarily dismiss the petition or order a rule nisi to be issued against the opposite party as it thinks fit. Any rule so issued shall be made returnable on such date as the Court may direct, but it shall ordinarily not be made returnable within less than fourteen days after service thereof on the opposite party.
