Section 109(2)(i) in Rajasthan Co-operative Societies Act, 2001

(i)if it is an offence under clause (i) of sub-section (1), with imprisonment for a term which shall not be less than three months but which may extend to one year and with fine which may extend to [twenty five thousand rupees] [Substituted 'five thousand rupees' by Rajasthan Act No. 11 of 2016, dated 25.4.2016.];
