(1)An appeal against any decision of the Registration Committee under section 9 shall be preferred in writing [in [Form IV] [ Substituted by G.S.R. 371(E), dated 20.5.1999 (w.e.f. 20.5.1999).], in duplicate] to the Central Government in the Department of Agriculture.
