Section 35(3) in The Hyderabad Court of Wards Act, 1350 F

(3)Any claim against the ward or his property, other than a claim by the Government, not filed before the [Collector] [Substituted by A.O., 1956.] in accordance with the notice under sub-section (1), shall save in the cases provided for in clause (d) of sub-section (2) of section 43 of this Act or [section 7 of the Indian Limitation Act. 1908 (Central Act IX of 1908)] [Substituted by A.O., 1956.], be deemed, to have been duly discharged, for all purposes and on all occasions whether during the continuance of the superintendence of the Court or afterwards, unless in any suit or proceeding instituted by the claimant, or his legal representative, it is proved to the satisfaction of the Civil Court that the plaintiff or his legal representative has, for good and sufficient reasons, failed to act in accordance with the notice published under subsection (1).
