Section 23(b) in The Bihar Co-operative Societies Act, 1935
(b)if the demand is due in respect of the supply of, or any loan granted for the purchase of, cattle, fodder for cattle, agriculture or industrial implements or machinery or raw materials for manufacture upon cattle or thing so supplied, or purchased, the whole or any part from any such loan or upon any articles manufactured from raw materials so supplied or purchased.
