Section 3(2)(u) in The Bidhan Chandra Krishi (Viswavidyalaya) Act, 1974.

(u)two persons to be nominated by the Chancellor from amongst the educationists, agricultural scientists or persons with special knowledge or interest in agriculture;
(iii)elected members
(v)five teachers, of whom one shall be in the rank of Professor, two shall be in the rank of Reader and two shall be in the rank of Lecturer, from each Faculty elected jointly by the teachers, of the Faculties;
