27.
After a detailed examination of the final report of the Inspection Commission, if the University is fully satisfied as to the fulfilment of the conditions for the affiliation for the Third Year B.D.S. Degree course of study, the University shall direct the management of the college to remit a sum of Rs. 10,00,000 (Rupees ten lakhs only) towards the security deposit which shall be invested in a fixed deposit in nationalized bank jointly in the name of the Registrar, the Tamil Nadu Dr. M.G.R. Medical University, Chennai and the Trust/Society. The fixed deposit receipt shall be kept in the custody of the Registrar.
