. Learned counsel for respondent Nos. 1 and 2 submits that the case of the petitioner being the same in both the matters, writ petition numbers on the affidavit-in-reply filed by the department has been wrongly typed. The same be allowed to be corrected.
2. Considering the bonafide mistake, respondent Nos. 1 and 2 are allowed to correct the writ petition number in the affidavit-in- reply filed by it.
