Section 8(2) in The Orissa Aerial Ropeways Act, 1957
(2)Not suit shall lie in respect of any matter referred to in Sub-section (1) but every order of the Collector thereunder shall be subject to revision by the District Judge on the application of any person made within ninety days of the date of the Collector's order.
