40. Repeal.
- The Bombay Secondary School Certificate Examination Act, 1948(Bombay Act 49 of 1948) as in force in the [Belgaum] [Adopted by the Karnataka Adoptation of Laws order 1973 w.e.f. 1.11.1973.] Area is hereby repealed.
