Section 16(1) in The U.P. High Speed Diesel Oil and Light Diesel Oil (Maintenance of Supplies and Distribution) Order, 1981
(1)Every dealer shall display at a conspicuous place at his business premises his working hours and a stock-cum-price board showing the opening balance of High Speed Diesel Oil of the day and the rate per litre.
