Section 9(1) in The Indian Administrative Service (Regulation of Seniority) Rules, 1987
(1)The Indian Administrative Service (Regulation of Seniority) Rules, 1954 and all other rules corresponding to the said rules in force immediately before the commencement of these rules are hereby repealed.
