(1)If any existing place for the disposal of the dead within the municipal area at any time appears to be insufficient, the Municipality shall, subject to the provisions of the Punjab Regional and Town Planning and Development Act, 1995 (Punjab Act 11 of 1995), provide other proper and convenient place for the said purpose either within or outside the municipal area of the Municipality.
