Section 15(4)(ii) in The Uttarakhand D.T.H. Broadcasting Service (Exhibition) Rules, 2009

(ii)if the appeal is allowed partially, the order under appeal shall stand amended in accordance with the orders issued by the appellate authority and action shall be taken as per amended order;
