Section 18(3)(c) in Madras Hindu Religious and Charitable Endowments Act, 1951

(c)If the report is not received by the Commissioner within the time specified or such further time as may be granted by him, the Commissioner may modify, annual or reverse the decision or order of the Area Committee or trustee, as the case may be.
