5. Extension of registration.
- The registration to the promoter granted unddr section 4 may be extended by the Authority on an application made by the promoter under such conditions, as may be prescribed, and in such form and on payment of such fee, as may be specified, by the regulations made by the Authority:Provided that, no such extension of registration shall be granted without the written consent of the majority of the allottees:Provided further that no application for extension of registration shall be rejected unless the applicant has been given an opportunity of being heard in the matter.
