Section 16(1) in The Delhi Street Vendors (Protection of Livelihood and Regulation of Street Vending) Rules, 2017
(1)If in the opinion of the appropriate Government, any member of a Town Vending Committee persistently makes default in the performance of his duties imposed on him by/or under the Act and these rules or exceeds or abuses its powers, the appropriate Government may, by order, remove such member from the committee provided that such member shall be given a reasonable opportunity of being heard before his removal.
