(1)When an application under Section 171 or Section 172 has been received, all necessary communication pipes and fittings shall be supplied by the Municipality or the other agency, as the case may be, and the work of laying and connecting such communication pipes and fittings shall be executed under the order of the Chief Municipal Officer or the other agency, as the case may be.
