(4)Regional Transport Officers-(a)Function of Secretaries of the Regional Transport Authorities under Chapter-IV of these rules.(b)Implementation of Government's policy in respect of Motor Transport.(c)Any other function which may be assigned by the State Transport Commissioner and/or State Government.
