Section 2(f) in Andhra Pradesh Colleges of Education (Regulation of Admissions into B.Ed. Course through Common Entrance Test) Rules, 2006
(f)"Convener of Ed.CET Admission" means the Authority/Officer nominated by the Competent Authority not below the rank of a Professor in the Department of Education of any State University for the conduct of Ed.CET and to make allotment of candidates for admission into B.Ed. Courses in all the Colleges of Education.
