Section 277B(v) in Rajasthan Panchayati Raj Rules, 1996
(v)in addition to the advertisement the Rajasthan Subordinate and Ministerial Services Selection Board may issue, in such other manner, as the Rajasthan Subordinate and Ministerial Services Selection Board may deem fit, such other instructions for the guidelines of the candidates;
