(6)Where there is a Welfare Officer in the Factory, he shall be nominated by the Manager to be a member of the Canteen Managing Committee and he shall be the Secretary to the Committee, unless he is nominated to be the Chairman of the Committee:Provided that where there is no Welfare Officer, or where there is only one Welfare Officer and he is the Chairman of the Committee any other member of the Committee may be nominated by the Manager to be the Secretary.
