41. Certain records to be made use of for purpose of this Act.
- For the purposes of carrying into effect the provisions of this Act, the authorities or officers specified in this Act shall, to the extent necessary, make use of the records prepared before the date of the commencement of this Act by the Special Officer for Urban Taxation, the Collector of Madras and any officer subordinate to them.
