Section 15(1) in The Gujarat Infrastructure Development Act, 1999
(1)where a concession agreement is terminated by the State Government, the Government agency or, as the case may be, the specified Government agency with the consent of the developer or in absence of any default of the developer, the developer shall be entitled to such amount of compensation for such termination as specified in the concession agreement.
