Section 19(1)(vii) in Punjab Detenus (Conditions of Detention) Order, 1981

(vii)shall not have in his possession any coin, currency notes or negotiable instruments and any weapons, sticks, razors other than safety razors, pieces of iron or any other article which may be used as weapon;
