28. Officers to be public servants.
- The Chairperson, the Senior Vice-Chairperson, the Executive Vice-Chairperson, Technical Advisor, Member Secretary, Members, officers and other employees of the Authority and every other officer exercising any of the powers conferred by this Act or the rules made thereunder shall be deemed to be a public servant within the meaning of section 21 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 (Central Act 45 of 1860).
