Section 30(2) in Cuttack Development Authority (Planning and Building Standards) Regulations, 2001
(2)In every building area, at least 10% of the land shall be utilised for plantation, but in case of multi-storeyed buildings, at least 20% of the land shall be used for plantation. The plantation shall be completed by the time, the construction of the building is completed.
