Section 22(1) in The Orissa Weights and Measures (Enforcement) Act, 1958
(1)Any person aggrieved by any decision of an Inspector made under this Act may, within sixty days from the date of the decision, prefer an appeal to the Collector or to any officer appointed under this Act who is specially authorised in that behalf by the State Government ;Provided that when such decision is made by any officer, other than an Inspector, the exercise of any power of duty conferred or imposed on an Inspector, the appeal shall lie to such authority as may be prescribed.
