Section 12A(4)(ii) in The Jammu and Kashmir Development Act, 1970

(ii)in sub-section (3) of section 14, the words, brackets, figures and letter, "in relation to any matter specified in clause (d) of sub-section (2) of section 8 or in relation to any other matter" shall be committed ; and
