49. The Cluster University to follow rules, regulations, norms etc. of the regulating bodies.
- Notwithstanding anything contained in this Act, the Cluster University shall be bound to comply with all the rules, regulations, norms etc. of the regulating bodies and it shall provide such facilities and assistance to such bodies as are required by them to discharge their duties for carrying out their functions.
