43. Post-gradate teaching.- (1) All post-graduate instruction, teaching and training within the University area shall be conducted by the University at its Head-quarters.
(2)Until the University establishes a department for post-graduate instruction, teaching and training in respect of any subject for the purpose mentioned in sub-section (1), it shall continue to maintain the University Centres existing immediately before the commencement of the Bhavnagar University (Amendment) Act, 1987 (Guj. 7 of 1987) for such instruction, teaching and training in that subjectExplanation.-For the purposes of this section, University Centre shall mean a Centre established by the University before the commencement of the Bhavnagar University (Amendment) Act, 1987 where post-graduate studies are imparted as determined by the Statutes, Ordinances and Regulations of the University made in this behalf.
