Section 14(1) in Mizoram Cooperative Societies Act, 2006
(1)The Registrar shall have the power to pass an order of cancellation of registration of a co-operative for the following reasons, namely, the(a)transferred the whole of its assets and liabilities to another ;(b)amalgamated with another co-operative;(c)divided itself into two or more co-operatives;(d)affairs are wound up;(e)is deregistered under this Act.
