Section 111(b) in The Gujarat Industrial Relations Act, 1946
(b)require any employer or employers generally to maintain and submit copies of a record in such form as may be prescribed of-(i)data relating to plant, premises and manufacture,(ii)other industrial transactions and dealings, which in the opinion of the [State] [This word was substituted for the word 'Provincial' by the Aadaptation of Laws order, 1950.] Government are likely to affect the matters specified in clause (a).
